This post and beam cottage with private sandy beach and boat mourning has a Large open living room and kitchen bringing much natural light and overlooks Lake Champlain with stunning sunset views. Plenty of parking and back yard with natural gas fire pit, comfortable seating on screened in porch with breakfast bar. BBQ outside with your own gas grill, shared stairs to your beach. Open loft with full bathroom, air conditioning throughout. Pool table and washer and dryer in the basement!

This place was so much fun! The views from the backyard were beautiful and the house comes with everything you need to enjoy the lake. The instructions and local recommendations were extremely helpful for us, as we were from out of state. Would highly recommend this air bnb!
